Scheduling help

I need to know how to transfer information I have on scheduling my employees to a sheet that I can post for them, that is easily read. Right now, I have half hour intervals in each row, and the employees name in each column. For every half hour they work, I input a "1" into the cell, and if they don't, I input a "0". Please let me know how to do this!!!

Anna: I would suggest putting the times in the columns and the employees in the rows and then use cell shading to indicate when the employee is scheduled. Your sheet will them resemble a type of bar graph
