protection of worksheet

How can I protect a worksheet of being accessed by an unauthorised person, without denying him access to other worksheets in the same excel file.

one way is to hide the sheet (Format>Sheet>Hide)
then go to the Visual Basic Editor and set the 'Visible' property of the sheet to xlSheetVeryHidden
If you wish, you can then password protect the VBAProject for additional security
