Overdue (More on another posts question)

I have a workbook where I enter the day I sent out drawings for appv'l etc. they columns are like this.
Sent Approval. Back Approval. Days out I have the formula to calculate how many days out, but I need something that will highlight the cell yellow as soon as they've been out for 10 days, orange when it reaches 15 and red when it reaches 20. Please help...

Use Conditional formatting on the Format menu to set these conditions for the cell that must change.
Condition:
When cell X is between 10 and 14 set pattern to yellow.
Add condition:
When cell X is between 15 and 19 set pattern to orange.
Add condition:
When cell X is greater than or equal to 20 set pattern to red.
