merging cell, wrapping, and justifying at same time to same data

Is there anyway that you can, merge cells, wrap and justify text in an excel worksheet all at the same time.

You can use the Format Painter to do that. Just format one cell (or merged cells) how you want it then select the paintbrush icon (beside the Cut, copy and paste icons) and choose which cell you want to copy the format.
