make a cell bold and red if its value is less than in another cell

if the number in cell c22 is less than in cell c55 I would like to make it red and bold. How should I write this and should it go in a macro or somwher else?

Have you tried using hte conditional formatting wizard/ It's under Format, Conditional Formatting. It brings up a box for you to set the conditions to be met and the formatting specifications. Hope that helps..
