How do you create two different sized cell groups in one form

I need one set of cells to be larger in height than another group in the same form. I hope there is a way to do this.

Thank you,

Barb
You can't have cells different heights on the same row. If the cells are on different rows, use format|row|height. However, from your subject line, it looks like you are trying to create a form. What you could do, if you have two boxes on the same row, is highlight two rows, and use Format|Cells, on the alignment tab, check merge cells. Not sure which version of Excel this comes with. I use Excel 2000.
Good Luck

form boxes

It works in 97 as well.
Barb i'm not sure if you were using a user form or an excel work sheet.

as Richard said.. you should use formatting to move row lines around and colour shading and borders to make the cell stand out.

another hint is workout your format before you start putting formatting, links, and formulas in.

I've been there and have a lot of trouble now making a change in my sheet because of how different functions work.
