How can I make a number or text blink in excel?

I am using Excel 2000, say, I want to add Cell A1 + A2, if the answer is less than 10 it should blink, how can I do that? If it is without using VB Codes it will be more useful.

Rather than having the cell or the font "blink" (which requires VBA), I would suggest that you consider using Conditional Formatting instead.

Let's say your formula(=A1+A2) is in cell A3. Select A3, go to Format>Conditional Formatting, select 'Cell Value Is' in the first box, 'Less Than' in the second box, type in 10 in the third box, and set the format you want.
