Grouping data in Excel

I am pulling in some data through MS Query. The data has 1 row for every person's child. The parent's name is repeated on every row for each child. I would like to only display the parent name once and then subsequent rows of their children the parent name would just remain blank.

Use a conditional format that sets the font of a
cell in the Parent column to a column that matches
the cell pattern (e.g., white) if both the values
on a given row for both Child and Parent match the
corresponding values on the previous row.
