Formatting comments

Is there a way alter the default formatting that Excel applies to a comment ie text style, justification etc?

Comments text style (Font/size) are controled
via the Windows > appearance > tooltips
Change it here. eg Right click Desktop > Properties > Appearance > select Tooptips.

From here you can select the Font, backcolour etc.
