Formatting a number in hours and minutes

How do I change the number 108 to read

1:48 (as in 1 hour and 48 minutes)?

Is there an easy way?

Hi Ted,

Just divide the number by 1440 (minutes per day) and format the cell for time in mm:hh. This is because in Excel all dates and times are internally represented as days and fractions of days.
