Drawing Objects in Background

Is there anyway to move a drawing object behind the worksheet
so that you can see cell contents on top of the drawing object?
Note: changing the drawing object to transparent doesn't work
for what I have in mind.

1. It is an object you can select and delete.
2. Used Format-Sheet-Background and something was
put in; you can delete it.
