CSV import

I receive a monthly CSV file with numbers such as 00123 which I need to imported into Excel as a text field., so that it stays as 00123. Excel automatically opens the CSV file and assumes this is a numeric field and chops off the leading zeroes. I need Excel to open the Text Import Wizard as if it were a TXT file. Any suggestions?

How about changing the Extention from CSV to TXT
before you open it... or format the column to
add the required zero's (Format/Cells/ Numbers tab / Custom / create one using 00#,##0
