Conditionally formating a Column Chart

Could someone please help with the creation of a macro that would look at the value for each column in a 12 column chart and set the interior color of the column base on the value. For example 100%-75% is green, 74%- 50% is yellow and less than 50% is red

Go to the Format..Conditional format menu and use a legend of cells for each format you wish. There is greater than and less than options for each formatting for the cells you want to format. is this clear?
