If there are a number of cells condensed with a formula...
How can I get text / numbers to appear on these cells
(I cannot read because of cells overlapping)

Change the cel format to wrap text. Format-cells-Alignment check box Wrap Text. This is the only way. Unless you change the font size or alignment from left to right or something. Note if your form is a fixed printable form the form length will change if you wrap text. JSW
