Surpress error messages at opening of workbook. Possible? or Dream?

When i open my workbook, i get two message boxes. The first one is an info box that asks to update links with the other workbooks. Yes or No. I allways want yes. The other is an "!" box that tells me that i have incomplete calculations in the workbook. This "!" happens 3 times before the workbook starts. Is this possible to surpress.

For the links goto tools/options/edit then uncheck ask to update. Have you tryed to fix the incomplete calculations.
