Saving an excel file

While trying to save an excel file, I get the following
message: The directory or file cannot be created.
I am saving the file as a Microsoft Excel 97 & 5.0/95
workbook on a Super Disk LS 120. Has anyone got any
ideas what my problem might be? Thanks.

Vance, I'm really not sure what your problem is caused by, but what happens if you save it as Excel 97 only?
You should only save your Workbook as 97/95/5.0 if you have to.
