Out of Memory

I use very large spread sheets with numerous pages.
When i load a few of these up at once i get out of
memory messages and excel freezes. I have 128 megs
of ram and that should be plenty for the sheets i am
running. Is this an excel prob and can i fix it?

Maybe check your C:\temp or your swap file directory for large .tmp files that can be deleted?

Thanks but it is actually empty. There is nothing there.

What system are you running on? Mac or PC? win95, win98 or NT4?
anyway, if you are on NT, there is a file called "pagefile.sys", and you can get to it by clicking on system in your control panel and change your memory in the "performance" tab.
