Need Help with "Out of Memory" error message.

Hello,

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions on how to open an Excel 2000 document that contains macros? The error message that I keep receiving is "Out of Memory". It's possible that the document may be corrupted. I did run a virus scan on the document and it is clean. The document is about 1mb in size and contains over 3000 rows. Important information.

If you can't get around the error you may be able
to salvage your data by importing it into Access.
Use the table import Wizard. Good luck.
