Invalid Page Fault Problem

When I am Trying to copy or print anything in excel i get an error message;
Excel caused an invalid page fault in module kernel32.dll at 0167:6ff7a138

any please help

Len, have a look at the win386.swp file, examine its properties, if the file is tagged as read only, remove this tag.

I'm not sure that this is the actual answer, but it's a good place to start.
