Getting "General mail failure. Quit MS Excel, restart the mail system, and try again." error!

I get this "General mail failure. Quit MS Excel, restart the mail system, and try again." error when using routing slips I received this message then when I try to send to the next routing receipient I get this error.

I am using Windows 95, Excel 97 and Outlook 2000. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi,

I've had this error when attempting to send workbooks when my Outlook mailbox is over its storage limit. Not sure if this is the same problem but it's probably worth a look.
