excel--error loading dll--message 48

When I open excel and click new and get a spread sheet and select "Spread Sheet" solutions, it gives me an error saying "Error in loading DLL.--will not allow any of the options in this section? The help menu offers too many possibilities. I am probably missing this link? How do I fix it????????????? delphiman@pclnet.net

Have you tried Reinstalling excel ??
or try running this from the Run command
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Excel.exe" /regserver
to reregister excel
