Is it possible to convert all letters on an existing Excel worksheet to UPPER case when the cells have mixed cases?

Hi Sh'Ree

It sure is! lets say you data is on "Sheet1" on sheet2 cell A1 put: =UPPER(Sheet1!A1), then copy down and across as far as needed.

Now highlight the entire sheet (click the grey box, corner of "A" and 1) push Ctrl+C, then go to Edit>PasteSpecial, click "Values" then OK.

Any good?
