Stop Autocell formula changes...

I have some formulas that I roll over to another column each month and they mostly reference another sheet that I build the source data on from a external database. As I format the data, I have to delete rows and columns on the source sheet. When I do this the formulas change what cells they are referencing. I want to stop Excel from updating those cell references until I'm done formating the data.

I had a similiar issue, what I did to resolve my issue was copy the formula to the new column. Past special value the data in the previous column and then formated the source data. Not sure if this will help your situation
