Sceduling formula/problem

On one sheet I have a schedule of all employees showing what time they work on a day (if they are off that day, I leave it blank.) There are 2 qualifications for the workers; A & B. I have them scheduled for 1 month at a time

On the 2nd sheet I have the schedule for the current work week. Only a certain # of A & B workers are needed each day

What kind of formula can I put on the 2nd sheet that will recognize who is available as well as their qualifications from the 1st sheet
