I'm sure we can, but you will actually have to give us some information first! Please provide detailed information as to what you are trying to do.

Like Chris, I am not sure what you want to do. If you want to dertermine the day of the week given the date, that can be easely done.
Say the date is in cell B5 (any of the Excel formats for the date is OK).
In some other cell enter =B5-7*INT(B5/7).
The day of the week is determined from that equation with
0=Sat, 1=Sun, 2=Mon, 3=Tue, 4=Wed, 5=Thu,and 6=Fri.
I did not check it beyond 12/31/2100.
