Need percentage formula

I am creating a Home Finances spreadsheet. At the top of my spreadsheet i list paycheck amount (example:$2,000.000). Withing my borders i list each bill and the dolloar amount owed (example:Cable TV, $50.00). As i fill-in each bill amount, i would like to show what percentage that bill amount is in relation to my pay amount (example:Cable TV, $50.00 = XXX% of $2,000.00)

What is formula please?

If $2000.00 is in say C1 and $50.00 for Cable TV in C2, then
you can use say in D2:

=C2/$C$1

and format D2 in Percent Style via Format Toolbar.
