Lock formula

Can I lock formula in cel that the other people can't change it.

Very easily. Select the cell(s) you want to protect. Then choose "Format" -> "Cells" -> "Protection". Select the "Locked" option. Now you need to turn on the protection for the worksheet (or workbook). Choose "Tools" -> "Protection" and select the "Protect Sheet".
