How do i highlight a cell using formulas

I have a worksheet that schedules 4 teams to work on specific dates, i would like to use a formula that recognises if the cell contains "A" then change the text color to red. I have tried conditional formats however i can only have 3 conditions, i need 4. Can anyone help????

One possibility

If you only have 4 teams, why not have change the regular color to Red. This will give the three available formats by conditional formatting plus 1.
