I want to reduce an entire column of cells by the same percentage. I know how to do this for one cell but do not know how to do this for entire columns \ workbooks. If anyone could help they would save me a awful lot of work. Thanks

Say you want to reduce all cells in the column by 20%. In a blank cell type 0.8, then click the cell, Copy, then highlight the column whose values you want to reduce. Click Edit, Paste Special and highlight the Multiply option.

Dax.
