DMS conversion formula

Since Excel does not have its own formula for the conversion of Decimal degrees into Degrees, minutes, and seconds, I am in GREAT NEED of a formula to do so. Well, if it is simple enough to input into Excel. Or if there is any plug in or something for Excel that will let me do so PLEASE let me know.
