Dates in Excel

Can someone please help,
Enter a formula:
WORKDAY(DATEVALUE("1/11/2001"),+4) = "6/11/2001" ok

Put the date in "A10" and change the formula -

WORKDAY(DATEVALUE("A10"),+4) no work big time.

If A10 is "1/11/2001" both values are ths same "37196".

I will be very greatfull for any assistance

Mark,
can't you use WORKDAY(A10 +4)
instead of WORKDAY(DATEVALUE("A10"),+4)

Thank you for your time to answer, I tried WORKDAY(A10 +4)it didn't work, Reworked it slightly to =WORKDAY(A10),+4)works OK Thanks for the help
