Data Validation failure Excel 2000

I had followed the tip #008 and it was working great. Now for some reason no matter what I enter into the next cell I get the error alert.
I checked the Help suggestions but none applied. While trying to remember how to unhide columns A-S I inserted a column T which is where my data list is. The data list was moved to U. I deleted T and the list moved back to T.
Help please.

The only thing I can think of is to make sure that the formula is still entered correctly in the data validation window. Something may have happened when you were inserting and deleting columns so that your formula is referencing an incorrect or missing column. Good luck.
