Yes - No Validation?

I seem to be having mental problems at the moment. For the last few days I have been working on a project that would work best if I could get a yes/no column to report a value (1,0 true/false whatever) and based on that value, report another cells data to another worksheet. THis should be a seemingly simple task, but I am having problems finding a way of validating my data.
BTW, I would prefer radio buttons, but will settle for data validation (drop down boxes). ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use radio buttons -- the linked cell will contain a 1 or a 2, depending on the radio button chosen, which other formulas can test.
