how do i get a spinner to increment time which is in a cell in Microsoft Excel 95?
I need the spinner to increment a standard 00:00:00 time format by five minutes (00:05:00).

In the control properties box leave as default.
e.g. Cell link to B1. Format cell A1 hours mins secs, in cell A1 =B1/288
