Listbox

I'm trying to create a listbox (or combobox) in a form. I'd like to fill the list box with a range of excel data (A7:A400), but I'm having some trouble. The listbox is giving me fits.

Once I have the list box created, I'd like click on the data in the listbox. Depending on data selected (Date and time stamp), I'd like to determine the excel row number. Any ideas or code examples that can help?
