Floating buttons

Is it possible to make buttons float in the same
position over a sheet while scrolling around? I already
have a frozen section, and the buttons don't fit there.
Also, is it possible to make buttons float in the same
position while worksheets change as well? How is this
accomplished if so? Thanks.

What you are after is a commandbutton or Toolbar
same as the combuttons etc that you have in excel
as std eg. drawing toolbar, pictur toolbar etc.
