Eliminate a choice from random numbers

I'm doing a math problem involving a spinner where the spinner lands on a counting number from 1 to 10. The spinner is spun twice, but the second spin must be a different number from the first spin. The formulas I have tried involve just spinning again, but that sometimes results again in the same number.

Allow 2nd spin of 1 to 9, if result => first number, add 1 (NT)
