Unable to print or preview Excel objects and charts in color

I am unable to print or preview Excel objects and charts in color on a current PC. I can take the same files to my home PC and print/preview in color with no problems. Initially, I thought it might be due to an outdated printer driver so I downloaded the latest and greatest, but still having the same problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Well the first thing I have to ask is "Is your default printer a color printer?"

At first my default was not a color printer, but then I made it the default, restarted the PC (just to be sure) and get the same thing. I have a co worker that has the same standard default printer I do, but does not have the same problem. We are trying to compare settings in Excel to see if something is different there.

Have you tried:
Print Preview, Setup, Sheet, and look for the Black & White setting. You should also check you printers properties if that doesn't work.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the information, but I have checked both areas you mentioned. Any other suggestions?
