Probability Scale in Charting

Hi! I'm a chemical engineer working in the plastics
industry. I use MS Excel in analyzing data from
mechanical testing.
One of the tests require plotting data on a scatter
diagram similar to Excel's XY Scatter chart type.
(For added info, if this would help a lot, the
chart type that I'm using is specified by ASTM -
American Society for Testing and Materials -
#D1693-97). I don't think that Excel has this
standard chart feature (unlike logarithmic scaling).
Do you know any add-ins that could do this if the
standard Excel features can't?
The ASTM standard mentions of a type of chart template
as "logarithmic probability graph paper," such as K&E
46 8082 or Codex 31, 376. The Y-axis is in
logarithmic form, while the X-axis is in the
probability format.
I hope someone can help me on this. Did anyone encounter this question before? Thanks in advance.
