Line graph data series on Y axis?

Is it possible in Excel 95 to plot a line graph with the data series (such as months) on the y-axis while the x-axis contains percentages, say 70%-100% ? I get what I want if I use a bar chart, but this is not what I need.
An example would be (if you connect o's):
70% 80% 90% 100%
Sep o
Oct o
Nov
Dec o
.
.
.
If this is not possible, is there a way to rotate the graph without exporting the chart to another program, say Word?

Just a note- Sept's "o" should be around 79%, Oct 85% Nov 87% Dec 94%. Sorry about that, I didn't realize the message would erase my formatting.

Yes.
You can do it with an XY Scatter chart.
If this is not possible, is there a way to rotate the graph without exporting the chart to another program, say Word? Thank you -Stacey
