Hello Karen, If I understand what you mean this should help. I got this answer from the office assistant by typing "secondary axis".
Plot a data series along a secondary value axis in a 2-D chart
When the range of values for different data series in a 2-D chart varies widely, or when you have mixed types of data (such as price and volume), you can plot one or more data series on a secondary value (y) axis. The scale of the secondary axis reflects the values for the associated series.
Click the data series you want to plot along a secondary value axis.
On the Format menu, click Selected Data Series, and then click the Axis tab.
Click Secondary axis.
Best of Luck
I don't think its possible. Karen is right, there's no such solution for this kind of problem. Excel sucks on this one. Tried everything but to no avail.
I have two sets of data. One numbers, one percent. There doesn't apepar to be a function to do dual axis column charts. When I try it, one bar overlays the other. I can't send anyone the file but do you have any suggestions. I've tried EVERYTHING.
