Displaying hidden columns in a chart

OK, I think this should be easy but I can't find an option
to display a 'hidden' column of data in a bar chart
I have on the spreadsheet page. Can anyone help me?

OK, I did find the 'Plot visible cells only'
check box under tools:options:chart.
Was really looking for a way to update an entire
worksheet or workbook at once but this will get
the job done.
