Problems when posting

I have made 3 postings now, where for some reason what is posted up on the board is not what I have seen in my preview.
When I preview it looks fine, but when I find it in the forum, often the formulas have bits missing. Like no < or > and even text missing. Where'd it go?

I'm new to this posting stuff, so any comments would be helpful.
Ps.
How can I edit the errors or failing that remove the postings and start again, as they don't make much sense as they are now.

Learning all the time!

That's because the greater than/less than signs are being interpreted by the board software as being HTML code. Tags in HTML start with <.

Disabling the HTML in the post doesn't always seem to work, but you can usually get around this by posting a formula using the code tags

Example:

Code:
A1<B1

As for fixing the posts, you can't edit a post after about 50 minutes, and you can't delete your posts if someone's replied to it.

I can go in and fix them for you, though (if it hasn't already been done). What threads?

"IF",I know what I want, but how should it be ent . is the thread your looking for.

Subject should read "entered" (on the end)

It is my last post that matters most.

The formula, after the * should read
(IF(J13is lessJ14,I13+1,INDEX(I$12:I13,MATCH(J14,J$12:J13,0)))))
at the moment most of it is missing.
If you could sort it that would be brill
Thanks

Ok, formula fixed :)

And just for the record, the subject line only fits so many characters. That's the only reason that's cut off :)
