Multiple pie-in-pie charts

Nah, that wasn't what I was looking for. Say for instance, you have a pie broken into 3 sections: A, B, and C. I was wondering if it was possible to have (on the same page) smaller pie charts (or even bar charts) breaking down what A, B, and C consist of. I've seen bar-in-pie and pie-in-pie charts where one item of the pie is broken down into sections but was wondering if more than one, or all sections of the pie could have their own smaller pie (or bar) charts extending out from the primary, larger pie. Say, for instance, you have a pie chart giving you the percentages of Americans that are Democrat, Republican, or Other. Was wondering if, from that pie chart, you can have smaller pie (or bar) charts extending out from each section of the larger pie chart giving you, say for the Democrat section of the pie, the percentages of Democrats that are Christian, Jewish, Muslim, etc. and for the Republican section, a completely different chart giving you the percentages of Republicans that are male or female. Was wondering if it was possible to have this all on one page... any help is appreciated!

Just make yourself a bunch of pie charts, resize them, and arrange them around each other. If you need them on a single chart sheet, make a chart sheet with the central pie, then make the other pies, right click on each, choose Location from the pop up menu, and choose As Object In, and pick the chart sheet as the parent sheet.

I know this response is a bit late (almost 17 years), but for anyone attempting to resolve this issue, I would suggest using the "Sunburst" Chart. I was unable to find any ways besides that to fix this. After an hour of searching and experimenting, I do not believe there is any other way to make multiple "pie-in-pie" sub-charts.
