I am trying to do a budget graph. I need to include one bar for the total budget spent and the next bar should be a combination of the expenditures and remaining balance. This will leave the two bars the same height as they will equal each others total. Does anyone know how i can set this type of bar chart up?

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
An alternative to Andrew's suggestion about the Line Chart...

If this includes only one data point, see the Excel | Tutorial | 'Data Labels' page of my web site.

Or, put the total(s) in some cell(s) in the worksheet. Then, use Rob Bovey's free and mislabeled add-in XY Chartlabeler (www.appspro.com) to use the total cell(s) as the data label(s) for the topmost column on the chart.

Good point, do you know how i would get the "total" to show as a value on the top then?
