Hi Bala,

From Tools > Options >View tab, tick the Zelo values off.

Try Data|Text to Columns if values are "numeric" and then set the format to General or Number.

If you have leading Zeros then you are probably formatted as text. To convert them:-
1) enter a 1 in a cell and copy it.
2) select the cells that you wish to alter
3) right click and select Paste Special
4) choose multiply. OK

Here you go, use the following formula.

=value(trim(clean(right(cell,# to index))))
