Excel Facts

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Try something like this.
=SUMPRODUCT(($B$5:$K$10 > D12)*($B$5:$K$10 < F12)*($B$5:$K$10))

Forum tip: put a space after the > and < signs so the forum editor doesn't interpret them as HTML code.

If you have Excel 2007 or later, you could use SUMIFS instead.
=SUMIFS($B$5:$K$10, $B$5:$K$10,">"&D12, $B$5:$K$10,"<"&F12)

I think you're struggling with this site's treatment of < (and > ?) symbols, try putting the formula in code tags, and I found it helps not to put a formula as the very first thing in a message, and you could try adding a space either side of such symbols.

A guess at your question; try using the + sign instead of multiplying to get the OR function.
