Can anyone help with this multiple criteria IF formula I know its wrong but I cant work out what to do?

=IF(D14=E14,F14< J14,"Full HB","Monitor Account")

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
If this is not what you want, please explain what you are trying to achieve

=IF(AND(D14=E14,F14< J14),"Full HB","Monitor Account")

If your formula contains < signs you need to surround them with spaces in order for the board to display correctly.
