How to combine two graphs (lines) that have very different scales?

I would like to have one axis on the right with units from 0 to 5 and one axis on the left with units from 100,000 to 600,00.
One graph will display the number of accidents and the other the number of miles driven.

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
This is straightforward in Excel.

You need one chart, two data series, and specify that one of them needs to be on the 2nd Y axis.

In Excel 2003, right click on the series you want to be on the 2nd Y axis, Format Data Series, on the Axis tab, select Secondary Axis.
