Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

Look at using the Dir function with wildcards in the file specification. Perhaps you can modify this code to suit:-
Code:
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1]Option Explicit[/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1][/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1]Sub Demo()[/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1][/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1]Dim FileSpec As String
Dim Filename As String
Dim OldFolder As String
Dim NewFolder As String[/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1][/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1]FileSpec = "test*.txt"
OldFolder = "c:\temp\temp1\"
NewFolder = "c:\temp\temp2\"[/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1][/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1]Filename = Dir(OldFolder & FileSpec)
Do Until Filename = ""
  FileCopy OldFolder & Filename, NewFolder & Filename
  Filename = Dir
Loop[/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1][/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Courier New][SIZE=1]End Sub
[/SIZE][/FONT]
